I have been slowly moving towards whole foods or whole food supplements. It’s a tough road for me to take after so many years, but I am getting there.

I appreciate what you share. Do you have any recommendations for trace mineral drops to add to filtered water in addition to salt? I know this isn't the preferred route, but still has to be better than pure filtered water.

Vera salt + fresh lime/lemon beats everything else.

Thank you! I'm trying to determine how to apply this when I'm hiking and working out. It sounds like I need to start bringing limes and salt with me on the trails.

How’s this for interesting, my wife has been complaining of tingly feet for ages. She went to the doc today and mentioned it and he asked straight away: “do you take supplements?” She said yes, is this to do with B6 and he said she’s the 5th person he’s had come to him with tingly feet from B6 supplements in the past few months. The only reason she mentioned it to him is because her mother had the same thing happen: takes supplements, tingly feet and figured out it was the B6.

So what’s in the lab form B6 that is doing this?

B6 is poisonous. Literally a Facebook group full of thousands of people who have been poisoned by it and trying to remedy themselves because of how bad the side effects were.

Interesting, very interesting.

What about vitamin C. I wonder. I take it daily. I am an occasional smoker, and I read that smokers should take it.
